Managing Relationships

As adults we feel we are better equipped to handle a situation; which is mostly true but given the pressure of our day-to day life and lack of support system, an individual can deal with a situation better with a little help from a neutral person as he/she will not judge you, thus bring a more unbiased and objective angle. Herein, is the role of a counselor?

“Talk to yourself once in a day, otherwise you may missing meeting an excellent person in this world” – Swami Vivekananda

We need to spend time with self and go through our day at the end of day to monitor our well-being. If all feels well, flash a smile, send prayer of gratitude and embrace life; but if anything feels wrong, reach out for help.
